WELDING
Welding is one of the few remaining crafts used in manufacture and construction across industries and valid world wide. The quality of the weld is dependent on the knowledge and skill of the welder/operator.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Diagnose cause of truck breakdowns
- Complete service & repairs thoroughly
- Repair all aspects of trucks, including:
- Hydraulics, Brakes, Transmission & Engine
- Maintain good communication with drivers regarding the problem, Diagnoses issues, & Answering questions.
SHOP HEALTH & SAFETY
Our shop is in the process of developing a more advanced Health & Safety Policy. Courses are mandatory for health and safety as required. Safety is a key factor for Marc when it comes to his employees. It takes the full scope of each employee to make sure that their work area is safe for all
APPRENTICESHIP
We work hard to always include an apprentice on staff. It is important to us and our community that we continue to aid in the growth and education of our industry.

Our compensation plan includes:
- Competitive par rates

PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE
- Perform Preventative Maintenance (PM’s) as scheduled
- Complete extensive annual checks on each truck
- Ability to work efficiently with little supervision
- Document parts taken from supply
- Complete and maintain standard paperwork for all vehicles
- Good communication with fellow employees
